Located at 616-500 Country Hills Blvd NE, the new restaurant will official welcome guests starting Wednesday, December 18, 2024. With a commitment to bold flavours, exceptional service and a menu filled with creative twists on Mediterranean classics, Tahini’s promises to add an exciting culinary destination to Calgary’s diverse food scene.

Tahini’s menu features a wide selection of standout dishes, including fan favourites like the Crispy Spice Shawarma and Jamaican Jerk Shawarma, as well as the innovative Blueberry Flame Shawarma, showcasing the brand’s commitment to fresh, bold and authentic flavours.
The new Country Hills location is owned by Saicharan “Sai” Sudini, a passionate entrepreneur with a background in software engineering and a rich history in the food and beverage industry. Sai’s journey from managing an Indian food chain to partnering with Tahini’s reflects his dedication to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
“I’ve always been driven by a love for food and entrepreneurship and Tahini’s felt like the perfect fit for this next chapter,” says Sai. “Country Hills is a vibrant community, and I’m excited to introduce residents to the bold, authentic flavours and warm hospitality that define Tahini’s.
