Pita Pit Canada Partners with Tabasco to Introduce Unique New Sriracha Sauce to Canada

Pita Pit Canada, the Ontario founded global franchise, is heating things up with the introduction of a landmark new partnership with Tabasco that will bring a new type of Sriracha sauce to Canada. Pita Pit is the first restaurant in the country to introduce this new, all natural, preservative free flavor profile to its menu.

“We’re constantly searching for new ways to introduce innovative new tastes,” said Kevin Pressburger, President of Pita Pit Canada. “This exclusive partnership with Tabasco gives us the unique ability to introduce this new type of Sriracha to Canada. Pita Pit Canada is even taking the new menu addition a step further by asking fans to get involved with a new online campaign through its Creation Nation program. Pita Pit Fanatics are invited to submit their own recipes using the new Tabasco Sriracha sauce for a chance to win a series of incredible prizes, including the grand prize: a foodie experience at Tabasco’s headquarters in Avery Island, LA. Pita Pit Canada will also be giving away 500 bottles of Tabasco Sriracha sauce throughout the promotion, which runs through October 31st.

The menu addition comes on the heels of Pita Pit’s resolution to stand up against the tired and boring restaurant options that keep menus stagnant and the bar for fast casual restaurants low. Instead, Pita Pit is highlighting its fresh grilled, customized menu of healthy-on-your-own-terms choices and is constantly looking for ways to further enhance and innovate its taste profiles.
