NEO COFFEE BAR, a popular fixture in Toronto’s café scene, is excited to launch its new summer menu.

Celebrated for its minimalist aesthetic, Japanese-inspired creations and unwavering commitment to quality and innovation, NEO COFFEE BAR’s new summer menu offers a refreshing escape from the ordinary. This seasonal lineup fuses bold Japanese flavours with modern café culture – perfect for coffee aficionados, cocktail enthusiasts and anyone looking to beat the heat with something truly unique.

“We’re constantly exploring new ways to blend modern techniques with classic Japanese flavours,” says Alan De Luna, Senior Consultant of NEO COFFEE BAR. “Our new summer menu embodies our dedication to creativity, attention to detail and delivering an experience that’s both comforting and thrilling for our guests.”

This season’s offerings include:

  • NEO Vanilla Cold Foam – Slow-brewed coffee served chilled over ice, topped with a delicate vanilla-flavored foam. This smooth and subtly sweet twist offers a fresh take on the classic cold brew.
  • Yuzu Kokonattsu – A delicate mango mousse dessert features a tangy yuzu center and is topped with white chocolate coconut Chantilly. Light and tropical, it perfectly balances sweet, tart and creamy notes – making it an ideal treat for summer afternoons.
  • Umami Old Fashioned – This bold and sophisticated twist on a classic cocktail combines butter-washed whisky, miso and umeshu. Smooth and subtly rich with layers of umami, it’s the perfect choice for anyone seeking a more adventurous and complex flavour experience. This drink is exclusive to the King and Spadina location.
  • Yuzu Matcha – This clarified cocktail is a study in balance. Built on a whisky base, it’s infused with the zesty brightness of yuzu and the earthy complexity of matcha. Clean, crisp and refreshing, this drink delivers a vibrant twist on traditional flavours. This drink is exclusive to the King and Spadina location.

In addition to the new summer offerings, NEO COFFEE BAR is keeping the Iced Matcha Berry Latte on the menu. Originally part of a spring special campaign, this refreshing drink blends premium Kyoto Uji matcha with house-made berry syrup for the perfect balance of earthy and sweet.

NEO COFFEE BAR is also refreshing its menu with updated names for several existing items. All menu items remain available for guests to enjoy.
