Warm, Japan-inspired flavours arrive just in time to brighten Toronto’s Winter Season
With the holiday season officially underway, NEO Coffee Bar is introducing its 2025 Holiday Seasonal Specials and festive cup collection, arriving in all locations on December 1.
This year’s menu embraces warm, cozy flavours inspired by Japan, crafted to bring comfort and brightness to Toronto’s winter months.
The 2025 Holiday Seasonal Specials include:
- Yuzu Noir – A rich almond-crust tart filled with bright, citrusy yuzu curd and topped with a silky dark chocolate caramel ganache. Finished with raspberries, white chocolate pearls and a touch of rosemary for a refined, balanced bite.
- Orange Hot Chocolate – A nostalgic winter classic reimagined. Rich cocoa melted into steamed milk with a touch of orange zest for a smooth, creamy and gently citrus-infused cup of comfort.
- Cloud Nine Latte – A dreamy blend of bold espresso, steamed milk and fragrant Earl Grey tea, lightly sweetened to highlight its floral and citrus notes. A perfect harmony of warmth, elegance and seasonal indulgence.
To complement the launch, all five NEO Coffee Bar locations across Toronto will also debut festive holiday décor, a new limited-edition take-out cups and napkins and a special gift card stocking, transforming each café into a cozy seasonal escape for guests to unwind, sip and enjoy.
Additionally, NEO Coffee Bar’s King x Spadina location will introduce two new seasonal cocktails, available exclusively after 5 p.m. and featured during Friday and Saturday live music nights.
