A technician for nearly 50 years, and with the Midas franchise system for the last eight years, Jim exemplifies the highest standards of skill and service. Jim stays ahead of emerging technology while generously sharing his knowledge with apprentice technicians, shaping the next generation of automotive excellence.

This annual award, presented by Midas Canada, recognizes the best Canadian technicians in the Midas system, highlighting individuals who have worked at a Midas franchise shop for at least one year, hold a current Red Seal certification, actively contribute to their communities, and demonstrate strong leadership within their shop.
As part of this prestigious honor, Jim was awarded a cash prize, a donation to the charity of his choice, and more. Jim will also be recognized during the next Midas-IMDA annual convention in Orlando, Florida, scheduled for February 2025.
