Recognition highlights commitment to enhancing manager support through innovative training solutions
Charcoal Group of Restaurants is proud to announce that we have been recognized with Axonify’s first-ever ‘Outstanding Manager Support Award’ for 2024.
This award highlights a commitment to enhancing the managerial experience through streamlined processes and innovative training solutions powered by Axonify’s Learning Management, Communications and Discover document library features.
“Axonify’s platform has been transformative for our entire organization,” says Megan Stover, Vice President of People + Culture at Charcoal Group of Restaurants. “Being recognized for our efforts to elevate our managers’ experience is a testament to the power of our training philosophies coupled with this strategic learning system.”
As part of the award, Stover spoke at Axonify’s annual kick-off event, sharing insights on how their Learning Management, Communications and Discover features have significantly improved internal training processes and Team Member access to information. This, in turn, has fostered a more efficient and supportive work environment for managers within the Charcoal Group of Restaurants.
“We were thrilled to present to Axonify’s team of 300,” says Stover. “Since many of their team members aren’t client-facing, we welcomed the opportunity to share insights and feedback on our successful transition to the platform.”
This recognition underscores an ongoing commitment to supporting local companies and employee development, operational excellence and a shared passion for leveraging strategic technology to drive workplace success.
