Financial Comments: Franchisees should have a minimum net worth of $3 million and a minimum of $1 million in liquid assets per location. Franchisees are required to pay a $50,000 initial franchise fee.
Training: IWG works closely with its franchisees to ensure they have a framework to find the right location and design; are able grow their market footprint backed by world-class operational and marketing support; and have the quality customer service IWG is known for, as well as access to platforms including marketing, sales and IT as well as a global network six times larger than the nearest competitor.
Qualifications: IWG is seeking qualified franchisees with the organizational and financial capabilities to open a minimum of five locations no smaller than 10,000 square feet over a two- to three-year period. Qualified franchisees should have at least three years of outside sales management experience and two years of community marketing experience with a sales team of at least five people.
Franchisees must also be committed to uphold operational and image standards of the Regus brand, and have the drive to move quickly and decisively to secure deals with customers.
