Calgary franchise named National Franchise of the Year, brings home National Sales award
Speedpro Signs Calgary North East four-time winner of top award
Calgary Alberta: Stuart Burns, president of Speedpro Signs of Canada, is pleased to announce that Joanne Ruston, owner of Speedpro Signs Calgary North East has earned the company’s coveted Speedpro Signs Franchise of the Year award for 2014. This marks the fourth time Ruston has earned the company’s top award. Ruston also received the Al Crow Memorial Sales Award for achieving the top sales in the country.
Burns noted that Speedpro Sign’s highest award of achievement requires the franchisee to demonstrate leadership in a number of categories. Some of these include sales volume & growth, ethics, innovation, employee satisfaction and community involvement.

Ruston enjoyed a 20-year career in the service industry before transferring her expertise in customer service and operations to the sign industry in 2001. Ruston’s service and marketing background combine with her attention to detail to set new standards for every customer’s “Speedpro experience.”
